KC Power would like to congratulate Caleb Dougherty, Wes Edwin, Matt Greenstein, and Graham Laird on their selections as members of the United States Revolution teams that competed in Toronto against the Canada Northwind in the 49th Parallel Cup. Dougherty, Greenstein and Laird played in the U23 contest (under age of 23), while the experienced Edwin continued his national career in the main match of the day.

The USA Revolution turned around a slow start to over power the Canadian Northwind to win the 2010 49th Parallel Cup in Toronto Canada on Saturday, July 31. The Revo’s down 2.5 to 4.1 at the half, the USA team added 7 goals to 1 after half time to win by 34 points. USA Revolution 9.12.66 to Canadian Northwind 5.2.32

The USA Under 23 team also had a successful day beating their Canadian hosts 13.11.89 to Canada 3.4.22
